We are fully committed to consistently produce products that meet our customer's parameters. As an ISO certified company, our quality control system allows us to track the quality of our parts in real time and provide our customers with precision, even at high volumes.

To ensure the highest level of accuracy, we utilize a variety of inspection equipment, including high speed optical and laser systems for 100% inspection, a ZIESS CMM machine, Keyence digital comparators and Mitutoyo equipment for SPC data collection on the shop floor.

High-Speed Optical Inspection

LTC's use of CMM high speed inspection equipment allows us to observe the critical dimensions on 100% of our customer's parts. In the rare case of a non-conformance, this helps to prevent any bad parts from leaving the facility.

High-Speed Laser Inspection

LTC's use of Mectron laser inspection equipment allows use to 100% of our high-volume parts, take advantage of its blazing-fast speed to check outer dimensions of every single part.
